Match2One is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will lead and help shape the vision of M2Os programmatic marketing platform and its customers. The successful candidate will be someone who has extensive hands-on knowledge of sales activities, customer & campaign management.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a world-class team and further down the track handpick a high-performance sales team and will report directly to the CEO. Some travel will be required. Future opportunities involve team management, new market expansion, and a rapid career growth.

Job description

  • Work comfortable in the intersection between business, technology and sales.
  • Build, maintain and manage relationships with direct customers (B2B & B2C), agencies and other demand sources.
  • Proactively initiate new prospects and leads, and negotiate and fulfil incoming requests
  • Manage and nurture Key Accounts (customers with a spend +30,000 USD)
  • Manage key strategic partnerships and external sales channels (e.g. BigCommerce, Ad2One, Rocket Internet, Sveriges Annonsorer)
  • Translate market and customer feedback into product requirements, and collect market data and information to guide overall strategies
  • Use previous campaign data to predict trends and patterns, develop actionable insights for use on future campaigns
  • Closely monitor customer relationship performance and be proactive in addressing new opportunities
  • Work closely with the team to optimize revenue, client’s performance, and provide insights into best practices as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of programmatic campaigns (if customer requires on top of self serve tools)
  • Support the organisation of any trade shows or exhibitions
