We have developed a self-serve programmatic advertising platform with multiple DSPs ensuring global ad-inventory reach across display, mobile, video and out-of-home - all presented in the most automated platform in the business.

Match2One is looking for a Head of Marketing who will lead and help shape the vision of M2Os programmatic marketing platform and its customers – and bring us to markets across the globe. The successful candidate will be someone who has extensive hands-on knowledge of marketing activities – online as well as offline.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a world-class team and handpick a high-performance sales team and will report directly to the CEO. Some travel will be required. Future opportunities involve team management, new market expansion, and a rapid career growth.

Job description:

  • Marketing automation, and strategic segmentation across key lines of business, buyer personas and buying cycle stages (HubSpot)
  • Messaging and positioning for each key segmentation (in conjunction with product marketing)
  • Content marketing for each key segmentation (blog, whitepapers, infographics, brochures etc.)
  • Web/digital marketing for each key segmentation (across both owned, earned and paid media)
  • Tracking, measuring, and analysing everything that we do so that we can continuously optimise our activities for success.
  • Build, maintain and manage relationships with strategic partners (Rocket Internet, ad2one etc.), agencies and other demand sources. And brief sales collateral (to Match2One’s design team).
  • Proactively initiate new marketing channels to generate leads, and negotiate and fulfil incoming requests
  • Manage and nurture Key Stakeholders in the business (Head of Product, UX&Design, Tech team)
  • Translate market and customer feedback into product requirements, and collect market data and information to guide overall strategies
  • Closely monitor customer relationship performance and be proactive in addressing new opportunities
  • Work closely with the team to optimize revenue, and provide insights into best practices as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Plan and execute the organisation of any trade shows or exhibitions
