This role will be based in Stockholm, Sweden – Match2One’s HQ.


What will you do?

Together with the rest of our highperforming Customer Success Team, you will support, develop and build a longterm customer relationship with Match2Ones clients while ensuring consistency in quality and results. You will help and support your colleagues in the daytoday business, share your knowledge and experience and help the team reach their goals. You will report directly to the company’s senior management.

It’s important that our fantastic service standards are delivered consistently and this is where you come in. We want someone who can be the first point of contact for clients and also help with the overall project management and delivery of your team’s work. You will be responsible for client onboarding, quarterly strategic reviews, and relationship development, ensuring long-term promoter/advocacy status with clients.
